    Initialized Order

    When an order says "Initialized", is that just a local PC order? I am using IB and it does not send the limit order to IB (price is away). How can I change this?

    What type of order are you placing?

      It's a sell limit above the market. I want that order to sit at IB/exchange, not on my PC.

        Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
