Market order filled far outside spread?

Is it reasonable that a Forex EURUSD [Eurodollar/USdollar pair] market order fill was far outside the bid ask spread.

The order dollar amount was small [i.e.] $10,000 dollars rather than the usual $100,000?

the order was executed during heavy market activity when the spread was consistently the 5 pip minimum.

the order was submitted to Interactive Brokers via chart trader

I suggest to contact your broker, Interactive Brokers, for clarification regarding this execution. Please note that the NinjaTrader platform does not have any control on the execution of orders. Once orders receive an Accepted or Working status, they reside at the broker/exchange and will execute as per market dynamics.
