Missing Historical Data 2016

Confirmed with NT support they have been UNABLE to resolve the issue of no historical data for HSI or MHI since beginning of 2016 (don't know how many other markets are affected).

You can get a live data feed (as data comes from your broker), however no historical data for 2016 is available, which is stored on NT servers, which is apparently a complementary service, and NT makes no guarantee to have it available.

I am truly disappointed that NT don't ensure that if they make their customers use their servers for historical data, that the data is correct and any issues are corrected immediately

This is not a simple data missing from the server case. Something has changed that is preventing access to this data. Development is working hard to find a resolution for this.

Any Updates, after more than 3 weeks the issue still appears not fixed.

This data is not available from any of the servers. The server team is looking into solutions to back fill this data. There is no ETA.

it appears the issue is fixed for historical data for NT 7 since beginning of FEB - however still missing HSI 01-16 historical data

Also the problem has NOT been fixed for NT 8, and most data is missing for 01-16 & 02-16 are you still working on it?
