NT7 freezes while a chart and strategy are running

Hi. I've been running NT 7 on Windows 7, 8 and 10 and I still periodically have problems where an error occurs while I have a chart loaded and non-ATM strategy running. I little dialog box will pop up rapidly and then gets hidden. I then cannot select any NT window with the mouse and cannot access the Control Panel menu. It looks like a Windows Forms exception handling error in the platform. I've seen this error over the last years and half on the three versions of Windows with clean installs, reinstalls, with and without vendor provided graphics drivers etc.

Here is the latest trace log. I had to kill NT from Task Manager and restart. This is the second time I am posting on this problem.

Hi. I reinstalled everything as recommended. It was okay until yesterday afternoon. As soon as I finished adding an indicator to my live running chart, the same problem occurred. What’s the next step?

What indicator did you add? Can you attach the indicator to your response?
You can attach your indicator to your response by going to File > Utilities > Export NinjaScript > Export selected source files > select your Indicator > select the right arrow > Export. The file will be located under (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\ExportNinjaScript.

Hi. I added a standard ATR, ADX and ParabolicSAR to my 15 min Candlestick chart. I also have an Ichi Moku custom indicator I wrote. I added the HeikenAshi indicator. I'm using the latest release of NT7. I don't believe the problem only happens with the HeikenAshi indicator. I will send the code for my Ichi Moku indicator. I don't run ATM strategies on my charts.

Can you save a template of the chart that causes this item and attach it to your response?
You can save a template by right clicking in the chart > select Templates > Save Ad. The file will be located under Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Chart.
