Failed to unzip server data

Hi everyone,
I have a trouble using NT platform. when I try to open NT on the system it shows an error message as soon as I try to load the chart (Instrument: ES 03-11).

The error reads:

Failed to unzip server data: System.ArgumentException: 1 is not a supported code page. Parameter name: codepage at System.Text.Encoding.GetEncoding(Int32 codepage) at ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.ZipConstants.ConvertToStri n g(Byte[] data. Int32 count) at IC SharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.ZipConstants. ConvertToStringExt(

So that I can look in to this please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.
The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20160120.txt' file.

I'm also having a problem,
This may sound a little childish but i like to create a lot of things from certain games but anyway thats not the problem, when i go to download mods such as ''TooManyItems'' or in this case, ''Lucky Block Mod'' It says 1 is not a supported codepage. Parameter name :Codepage! i recently saw a post saying change the language, it did nothing.

Any help?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
