6E tick change not working

I followed the directions for the tick size change, but my charts still show the min move at 1/100 of 0.01USD, ie 0.7070 to 0.7071.

It should be 0.70700 to 0.70705?

Please advise.

Please send me a copy of your database file so that I can look in to this.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
In this menu, make sure to check the 'Database file' box.
