    Need Help with Downloading Currency Replay Data

    Hello Awesome NT People!

    I'm on NT_7.0.100.30. Starting 2016-01-26, I'm having trouble downloading the replay data for $EURUSD, $GBPUSD, and $USDJPY.

    To replicate: File > Utilties > Download Replay Data...> yada yada

    Error popup:

    "There is no L1 replay data available for instrument/data."

    No problems with other futures and indices.

    Please help!

    Thanks for your post.

    I have been able to replicate this matter so far on my end, which implies there may be an issue with the Market Replay data servers. I have reported this to the Data Management team who will investigate this matter further. I will follow up in this thread directly when further information is available.

        Hello again NT, @NinjaTrader_DrewO,

        The pesky bug in this thread resurfaces: No currency replay downloads for $EURUSD, $GBPUSD, and $USDJPY (and perhaps others, too) starting Tue 2016-02-02. It also started on Tue last week. (not sure there's a pattern here--I thought I mention that, in hope that it might help hunting down the bug.)

          Thanks for your post.

          There was an issue with the historical data servers that has prevented users from downloading Replay data for Forex instruments. This is currently being investigated and should be resolved as of this weekend's maintenance.

              Hi NT,

              "The problem with historical data servers" resurfaces, starting Sun 2016-02-07. At this point, I'd just like to bring that to your attention; No hope for a real fix now. Very disappointed.

                Hello Kevin,

                Thanks for posting today.

                I understand your frustration that this free service has been unavailable for Forex recently. This week we needed to switch serves once again to one that does not have Forex replay data available. The Servers Team is looking into what is resulting in this to prevent this from occurring.

                What may work for you as a backup is to use a 3rd party Market Replay data provider. If you would like more info on this let me know and I will have a NinjaTrader Ecosystem representative follow up with you.
