NinjaTrader Is having Problems connecting

Hello,

I just updated to version 31 and now I am receiving this message (plese see attachment).

I have reviewed my firewwall but is not enable and I have no problems with the internet service provider.

I am using Windows XP. Everything worked well with previous version of NT.

What can I do?

Users on Windows XP and Vista that upgrade to 7.0.1000.31 will be unable to verify the license until the file at the following link is downloaded and installed.

Save the file to your Desktop, right click on the file, and select Install CRL

Once complete you can start NinjaTrader

windows is blocking installation of NT and also finds a virus on the set up file ,do u have a llink for download
