CQG datafeed is connected but no data transfer started

Hi, since yesterday I have an account with AmpFuturs. As data feed I choose CQG. Yesterday I set up the data connection. All was running fine. Today I connected to CQG with File/connection. The lower left corner was green and sound appears, connection done. But in my chart the candles don't move. The Bar Time is counting, but is seems that there are no data coming from CQG. Does anyone have an idea?

Please reset the instruments

To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

Still the same behavior ...

I resented the Instruments but there is no effect. In the log I found the following ...

The FDAX and the other instruments I need are provided by the EUREX which I subscribed for at AmpFutures/AmpClearence. I don't understand what this message means...
