reset, repaired database + instruments, updated to NT7 31 version, still no change

Dax Index date not coming through, no data showing on the control center, last n/a

Chart 24/7 and actual date

It seems as if you've performed all of the basic troubleshooting steps to resolve what you are experiencing.

Can you confirm - do you receive data for these instruments in Trader Workstation?

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

yes, I receive realtime date on TWS, I just sent you the log file.

PS: I get acutal data in the minute chart if i reload but then no updates.

I don´t get actual data in the day chart when i reload.

this is how the dax index daily chart looks right now, I assume it stopped around 09.05 this morning local time (9404,95....dax close was 9286).

Shall I try a complete new installation of ninjatrader? Would like to avoid that.
