    Rithmic & NT7 connections problems

    Both Rithmic & Ninja failed to log in this morning.. Reset my router & restarted computer appeared to fix the problem. Now both have gone down again.
    This is not the first time lately. Got trades running. This is getting beyond a joke

    So that I can look in to this please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

    The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the file named 'trace.20160207.txt'.

      Adding to the frustration. There does not appear to be ANY way of contacting Rithmic.????

          No issues here? Connected before 6pm est with Rithmic. Solid all night.

            Take another look. & check 'trace.20160208.txt'.
            Both Ninja & Rithmic will NOT start.

              As I said. Nija is NOT starting. That means it is not even loading at all. I can understand the not logging in to Rithmic if the problem is there. But Ninja should not rely on the broker to at least start up.

                Hello,

                Your connection is currently set to connect automatically at start up. With this option enabled, NinjaTrader will not load until the connection has been established successfully.

                Please follow up with me by replying to the email thread which we have open. In your message, please attach a copy of the Config file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder so that I can disable the connect on start up feature for you.

                  Ok attached. Not sure which one you want.
                  SO if the problem is with Rithmic. How do I contact them.???

                      Thanks that solved that problem. FUnny""" Finally found contact for Rithmic. Sent them a email. NO reply but suddenly my connection was back on line .????
