Closing Price is different form the source

Hi,

I was wondering what is the reason that my closing price is different from Yahoo. I believe that the closing price which shows is the previous day closing price. May I know what should I do.

Can you please provide screen shots of the instrument settings you input in the Instrument Editor for these instruments within NinjaTrader so I may look into these values further.

Do you think the problem has something to do with the time difference? My assumption is that the trading hours in US still continues when the trading in Singapore has already ended thus created the gap/difference.

It appears that CAPT and GENTLING displays the Close price as seen on Yahoo however to see the correct Close price for GENTLING of 0.765 please set the Tick size to .005 as opposed to .01 within the Instrument Editor.

The chart still does not update itself after Singapore Stock Exchange closes.

Unfortunately I do not know what time Yahoo updates their information however to get the most recent information available thru the Yahoo API please right click within the chart and select "Reload All Historical Data".
