    error message on startup

    I received this error this evening when trying to start Ninjatrader. I uninstalled and reinstalled Ninja but still get the error. What else shall I do?

    Hello,
    Do you have any antivirus or backup software installed?
    If so please disable these services and then reinstall.
    Please let us know if you continue to receive this message after reinstalling with your antivirus and backup software disabled.

      thanks... i assume i can re-enable the antivirus after installation?

        Hello,
        Yes you can enable the antivirus after installation. I would recommend to exclude NinjaTrader and the (My) Documents> NinjaTrader 7 folder from the antivirus.
