    Connection Issue

    Good day,
    Having an issue connecting today, getting the message:
    "NT is having problems connecting to its' license servers".....etc.....

    I have tried rebooting computer, power cycling router and modem, connecting directly to modem, added to firewall exceptions, turned off firewall (AVG), verified license key, all with no luck.
    Worked just fine Friday with no changes over the weekend.

    Here is the log, relevant part anyway:
    2/29/2016 6:26:30 AM|1|4|Verifying license at primary server...
    2/29/2016 6:26:31 AM|1|4|Verifying license at secondary server...
    2/29/2016 6:26:33 AM|3|4|Failed to verify license. Please try again in a few minutes.

      Hello,

      Thank you for sharing the relevant section of the log. That snippet shows that you are still running Version 7.0.1000.27, which can no longer be used as of this past Saturday. Please see the forum post below for more information on the recent mandatory upgrade, as well as instructions for upgrading your platform:

          I ignored the message box that popped up, don't know why I thought it was a rollover message, duh. Will pay better attention in the future.

            Are there any problems connecting to FXCM DEMO currently. I can connect live but not Demo.
            same issue NT7 and NT8.

            can connect to Trade Station

              Hello radicaltrader,

              There are no known issues effecting FXCM demos today.


              Are you now able to connect? If you cannot connect, does an error appear on screen?
