Have secondary FXCM Demo secondary connection, live FX feed not working

    Hello,
I run my NT with a Live data Dorman real account.

I added a second FXCM connection today, and am able to create FX charts.

However, when I create a chart it is frozen and no real-time data is streamed.

Has anyone had this problem before?

    Thanks.

This is a constant problem many of us here have with FXCM and NT.

Thanks for the reply Kyle, i have gone though the issue many times with FXCM and NT. both were unable to find any issues.

NT is unable to determine that there is a loss of data transfer between NT and FXCM and the connection stays frozen.

I have the same issues with NT7 and NT8.
I have tried VPS and my own PC with the same result.

We will just have to wait until there is a change to the connection API between FXCM and NT
