    Hi went round and round with NT support about this,
    Having issues with the "reload all historical data" while connected to AMP Rithmic data feed using NT7, Was told time and time again it was an issue with my ISP.....
    Hmmm funny how same data connection AMP Rithmic with NT8Beta "reload all historical data" is not greyed out and works just fine....Same ISP
    Hmmmm!! Still does not work in NT7???

    I would be happy to investigate these connection errors with you further. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20160307.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20160307.txt"
