Chart Trader with ATM and Strategy

I have 2 charts with the same instrument, one is with Chart Trader with ATM, the other is with Strategy.

When I trade with Chart Trader and do not click Close button aka let the trade hit either stop or target, the Strategy in other chart do not stop, but if I click Close button, sometimes it makes the Strategy to stop, but not everytime.

This reason makes me delay in reporting, it's about 50% of the time.

I know that in the same chart, we can't put Chart Trader and Strategy together, but I do this on 2 charts, is it because not allowable ?

Do you get any messages or errors in the Control Center logs when this happens?

I can confirm that it happened again.

I don't think there are any error messages.

Please send a note to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com" and reference this forum thread. Please include as much information as possible to reproduce this behavior on our end, such as the ATM Strategy selection mode using in the ChartTrader properties.

Please set the ATM Strategy selection mode for the chart with ChartTrader enabled to "DisplaySelectedAtmStrategyOnly".
