    Log in Failed: The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use NT with

    CQG. NT can not connect to CQG data at AMP? Did AMP lose it's whatever with CQG or what? Anyone else having this problem?

    I've restarted and it does not help.

      Okay, I restarted my computer and it's connected to CQG/AMP. Just restarting NT didn't help. All is well now. Thanks Ray.

        Hello all, thank you for your posts.

        There seems to be an FCM error which prevents you from connecting. There have been reports that some users had to restart multiple times before they were able to connect.

        As a troubleshooter, please restart your PC and modem/router. Please let us know if you see the same.

          I have restarted several times and it now connects, but the price feed is not active, i.e., no new ticks. The chart updates when I login again, but then the price just sits again not moving. CQG...

                Hello All, thank you for your posts and feedback.

                Currently, with the CQG/NinjaTrader Continuum demo account connection, there is a backend issue --- the cause is not yet known, and is being looked into.

                  I still have the same issue

                  Hi I still have the sdame issue since Monday, " login failed: the FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized". I am using a demo account . help I am trying to trade.

                    Please contact me at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of the Config file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.

                      Hello, I am getting the same error. When I check the demo box I get a different error which is: invalid user or password.
