    Issues since update

    Hi.
    I cannot connect to my LIVE account since the update.
    I'm not sure if it was the update or I deleted files.

    I can connect to my Rithmic topstep account, which I created upon updating.

    I try to add my connection by

    TOOLS>ACCOUNT CONNECTIONS> ADD
    connection name - LIVE
    Provider - RITHMIC FOR NINJATRADER BROKERAGE(that's the only rithmic, I am clearing with Dorman)
    enabled(historical data)
    >NEXT>

    so
    that doesn't let me connect.
    It shows log in failed

    So that I can look in to this please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. This diagnostic file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the file named 'trace.20160317.txt'.
