export data different from data on charts

For weeks I try to export data correctly to excel but there seems to be a problem.
    What did I do:
    1. export 1 min data from ninja for ES06-16
    2. compare data in excel with data in data box from charting in 1 min charts

    Example 1:
    1. I checked 17/03/2016 18:00 data with excel.
    2. I checked open, high, low, close and volume.
    3. Not a single match, not only on 17/3/2016 but also not in the previous 14 days.
    4. Cannot be a timestamp difference as the data is found nowhere in the entire file.

    Example 2:
    1. I checked 17/03/2016 17:00 data with excel.
    2. I checked open, high, low, close and volume.
    3. Not a single match, not only on 17/3/2016 but also not in the previous 14 days.
    4. Cannot be a timestamp difference as the data is found nowhere in the entire file.

Because I live and trade in two different timezones which are different from the US I tried to find the data anywhere in a 14 days period, but no result. The charting data is correct and matches with data from my broker. So Ninja works perfect except for the export function.

    Hello marcus2300,

Do you see the same values if you compare it at Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab instead of the chart?

When I check test it on my end, I can find the values this way. My PC clock is set to US Mountain time zone. Historical data is exported in UTC.

Could it be the issue started to occur this week? I think the change to daylight savings time in the US is related.

I checked yesterday as daylight savings was last weekend. So that could not be the problem.

I have the data as you show them. I will chekc now first my data compressions again as I work with different timeframes. Maybe there is something wrong with the manipulation of the dat.
      Thanks!
