Faulty brick in ES chart

    Faulty brick in ES chart

    Hi,

    my ES chart ( tick data ) shows an incorrect brick ( al the down to zero ).
    On reloading the chart, the same appears. Only posssible to load a normal one day chart, since the faulty brick seems to be from Friday.

    My other charts are all ok.

    Any solutions?

    Thanks for your post.

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    What expiry have you selected?

    (For a chart) what interval is selected?

    Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      hi Brandon,

      Connected to IQFeed
      I did have ES## but on loading the ES06-16 for 30 days the issue is gone.
      I use tick data

      Nothing in the log or on the screen, i noticed this error suddenly today, not on Friday. Also not reloaded anything. See screenshort for extra picture.

        Thanks for your reply.
        Looks good on my end.
        Please disconnect and go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
        Exit NinjaTrader
        Open the following directory in Windows
        Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
        Delete the contents within this folder
        Restart NinjaTrader
        Right click on the chart and select Reload all Historical Data
