BarCharts symbols

I just subscribe to BarCharts.com fx symbols and I know that $CADEUR is in the package that I subscribe to, but I can't seems to add it to Ninjatrader
can you advice how to add this

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

This Currency instrument is not preconfigured in NinjaTrader and will need to be created.

Please follow the instructions below to add an instrument in the Instrument Manager.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools> Instrument Manager
Press the 'New' button
*Enter in instrument specific information and select the default for the exchange
Fill in any relevant information under the 'Misc' tab such as symbol mapping for your target connectivity provider. The symbol mapping for Barchart for this will be CADEUR.
Press the 'OK' button
The instrument is now added to the master instrument list.

Please follow the instructions below if you want to add this instrument to an instrument list.

Select the instrument list you wish to add the instrument to via the 'Instrument lists' drop down list in the upper left hand corner
Select the exchange (Default recommend for equities) as this will route orders to your broker smart routing system
Select the appropriate expiration date if this is a futures instrument
Press the '<' button to add the instrument to the list
You are now complete and can press the 'OK' button.

i got the error from the screenshot after adding the symbol to the Instrument Manager in Ninjatrader
please can you try it at your end and verify and no cut an paste a template reply message

I have created this instrument and am able to load it using Barchart as the datafeed.
Are you connected to Barchart as the first data provider?

seems i managed to get it working.. still need to determin the right setting for the Tick size, point value and sim feed

Hello,
The points size will be 1 and the tick size will be .00001. The Sim feed price will be what price you want the simulated data feed to start at when you are viewing this instrument while connected to the simulated data feed.

where did you get the info from to set the points size and the tick size
as i need to do it for other symbol

Hello,
The point size for all currencies will be a 1 as they all are working towards 1 unit of currency.
The tick size will be 1 decimal point over the pip value. The pip value for the CADEUR is .0001 so the tick size would be .00001.
