YM PnL not working in Live trading

Hi-

I am running NT with interactive brokers. When I am in a position in YM the PnL will not work. However when I am in sim trading it does work. With other futures contracts it like CL it works fine. Thanks for your help.

Where are you viewing the PnL in sim and live? Is this on the Accounts tab of the Control Center or perhaps the Chart Trader or SuperDOM?

No when I am in sim mode everything is fine. Sim mode shows the position and the PnL, but when I am live trading the position stays flat and the PnL is not showing.

So this is on the SuperDOM or Chart Trader when a position is open, correct?

Can you attach a screenshot of this to your response?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I was not in a position at the time. But I circled what is wrong. The stop and limit will show up in the SuperDOM but the position and PnL will remain flat. This happens if I enter the order in SuperDom directly or in Jigsaw. If I am in sim trading there is no issue. Also, it is only YM that has this problem everything else that I trade runs fine. Thanks.

I am able to recreate this on my end as well. I will be submitting this to the development team for further testing. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
