Conflict between 2 parallel data providers

Hello support-team,

I am having a problem with a parallel connection and order functionallity under NT7:

2 brokers/data providers: FXCM and Ninjatraderbrokerage (Continuum)

Connection in both together is possible, and no matter, what first. Both connections are valid and the prices are moving.

But the problem is: only in that instruments from the first connection I can sending valid orders, the second broker connection is not willing to set the order in the system. In the position window the tryings are not visible, but in case of logout I am getting the information window "Warning, you have X active orders. Do you really want too disconnect?"

How can I fix this? What is wrong, the conflict?

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160406.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160406.txt"
