No level 1 quotes for TF

Hi

im not getting any level data for the TF this morning,

log error "tf 06-16' is not enabled for real time level 1 quotes.

everything worked fine before and i activated the new ice subscription when the first email went out.

Hello Dyversity,

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, No level 1 quotes for TF' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

I have the same issue but with ES in my continuum conection, how can fix it?

Thank you for your post,

Make sure you're loading the current ES contract, ES 09-16. You can view how to rollover to the current contracts if needed via the link below.

With the current contract, please reset your instruments, this will ensure that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications: Disconnect and go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

You will need to close and restart NinjaTrader for the settings to take effect.

If you're still unable to get data, check the Log tab for the enablment error. If you still see it after resetting the instruments, you'll need to contact your broker regarding what is needed to enable the data on your data feed.
