Can't connect to NinjaTrader Continuum

I'm getting "login failed" msg when trying to connect to Continuum.

Any idea why?

I'm able to connect to Continuum on my end without any issues.

Could you please provide the full error message so that we may investigate this further?

I'm getting just "Login failed. Unspecified Login Error".

A competitor's connection is working fine as is my broker's...

Yes.

Just restarted everything (Windows, NinjaTrader) and getting same result.

The "Login failed. Unspecified Login Error" generally indicates that it's an expired demo account. The Continuum demos generally expire after two weeks and you can request two demo account connections within a 90 day period. You may request another demo account connection on our website at the following link: http://ninjatrader.com/FreeLiveData

Ah! OK. I understand.

Well, I'm almost finished with my evaluation so I'll request an extension and probably end up going with Kinetick (which seem to be the preferred connection here).
