Hello curious,

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, FDAX data stream freeze' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Rithmic is aware of the issue with the FDAX. They are working on fixing it. Once I have news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

I have been informed the issue has been solved. Please restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive realtime data again.
