Volume chart for 4/15 not loading correctly

    Volume chart for 4/15 not loading correctly

    On 06-16 ES instrument - the volume chart does not appear correct, see screenshot.

    4/14 volume chart looks correct.

    What is wrong w/ the 4/15 data?

    This is on CQG data NT7

    Hello jtrading82,

    Thank you for writing in.

    Please right-click the chart and select "Reload All Historical Data".

    Does the chart load beyond the stopped point of data?

      I started NT today and 4/15 data loaded fine today.

      Yesterday I tried reloading, tried restarting NT, and it did not load. I have not changed any settings.

      What is the root cause for this instability?

        Hello jtrading82,

        Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

        Please reference both my name and a link to this thread in the body of the email.

          I get a "connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond...." message when I try to email.

          Where is the location of the trace/log files, can I zip and email manually?
          Is there a reason why this email trace/log won't work?

            Hello jtrading82,

            Please manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com. Do not attach the files to a reply forum post.

            You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

            The log file will be named "log.20160415.txt"

            You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

            The trace file will be named "trace.20160415.txt"
