RTH session doesn't work/ETH fine

Whenever I try to open any chart with RTH session no data will load and just a blank chart. When I switch to ETH it works fine and appears normal. I have tried numerous charts, default settings, with/without indicators and always the same outcome.

It doesn't seem to matter which RTH I choose either, they all return no data. All ETH sessions do work.

NT Version 7.0.1000.31

I have not made any changes in the session manager but did check to make sure it was all correct.

Any ideas? I could only fine one similar post to this in the forums but there wasn't a clear resolution.

This would not be exepcted behavior when using charts. Because of this, I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160421.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160421.txt"
