No Live data in Demo Account with Ninja Trader 8

    Hi,

I set up the demo account on last Friday with ninja trader 8, but I am not seeing any real time data in my chart. I am only looking at ES instrument. Connection is successful (I am able to see the green icon in the bottom left corner in control panel). I tried changes things in settings with no luck, can any one please help me with setting this up?

Sorry guys, Just found out that I overlooked a stupid mistake. I am able to get the real time data now.

    Hello canonguy,
    Thank you for your post,

What ES contract are you attempting to load? E.g., ES 06-16.

To test, please perform an instrument rollover and reset your instruments; go to Tools > Data Base > Select Rollover and Press "Yes." Next, select all the boxes under "Update Instruments" then press "Update."

We look forward to assisting further.
