(Newb) Minute Data w. Trial Account ???

Hello,

I've installed NTD and I'm creating Charts. I can only display "Daily" data. Minute and Tick doesn't seem to be available even using the "Simulated Data" feed.

Question - How do I get a Minute and Tick data with the Simulated Data feed and the other default / trail installation feeds?

Note: I've signed up for the CQG Trader feed if that matters...

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160501.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160501.txt"

I also I have same issue as Rob. I don't see any minute chart except Daily weekly etc.

I tried both Ninjatrader 7 and 8 versions.

I have attached log files.
