    Realtime Replay data always starts at 4:00pm. NT7

    Hello.

    Very strange problem.

    This is about recorded real time market data for replay later, not downloaded data from your server.
    I've recorded successfully in the past and I've checked the data tab under Options and all seems normal.
    I've attached screen shots of the Option/data tab and Available Replay Data.
    The problem is: I log on every day before 8am using my Kinetick subscription.
    But, at the end of the day when I connect to Market Replay and look at available data, the start time is always 4:00pm.
    The end time is correct.
    If I try to replay it, the day does not show up on a chart at all.
    Any suggestions?

    No idea here...but my only question would be: Does it work as expected if you restart NT after disconnecting from Kinetick?

      I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

      You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

      The log file will be named "log.20160503.txt"

      You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

      The trace file will be named "trace.20160503.txt"

        Yes, I've tried it both ways. Still starts at 4:00pm.
        I wish there was some way to edit the data or at least look at it.
