    Ninja Trader stopped working

    Hi

    I ,m running Ninja Trader7 64 bit. When I start NT windows error saying: Ninjatrader has stopped working. When I click on ""view problem details"" the following is displayed. tried to start up several times but same problem. Any idea to fix it?

    Hello Rob,

    Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Ninja Trader stopped working' in the subject header.

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20160509 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20160509 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

        Unfortunately I have not received the email so far. Can you please resend the email. Could it be the files are larger than 5 MB?
