I shut down, rebooted the PC and restarted NT several times.... Even rebuilt (but did not delete) the database. Broker says all looks fine on their end and that I'm flat as I expected.
Connecting to IB (two builds ago) with the same multibroker NT version that won't connect to PATS works fine.
