saved fib templetes don't work

I have quite a few saved templates saved under fib retracement properties. When I try to use them they show in the drop down list but the fib levels do not change to my saved template levels but stay on the default levels. This just started this morning. Can someone please help me.

That was my mistake. I forgot the Fibonacci templates are stored in a different location than the other Chart Objects.

Fibonacci templates are stored in:

• Documents\NinjaTrader 7\UI.xml

Can you zip and attach this UI.xml file with your next post?

This may indicate corruption with the NinjaTrader file system. I would like to take a look at your log and trace files, however, these do contain sensitive information.

diver is not the only one with the fib template issue. I have had and still have the same issue. Also, this was reported by members several times in the past, however it never was resolved.

Would you please report any fixes to diver's issue here on this thread for other members benefit instead of just responding by private email.

Hello aligator,

The issue turned out to be corruption with the NinjaTrader core files. An uninstall and re-install (without modifying the Documents\NinjaTrader 7\ folder) was able to resolve the behavior).
