Display Issue with Dropdown Menus

Hi,

I never had this issue until recently. You can see form the image (link below) that when I click on any drop down menu, the actual drop down is of the incorrect resolution and located elsewhere. This becomes really annoying on charts etc, as certain menus disappear off screen completely.

Is there anyway to resolve this issue? I am using a dell 15" mobile workstation connected to dell U2515H. The issue is on the external monitor. When I drag the window with the drop down onto the laptop screen the dropdown menu works fine.

I would recommend checking for video card driver updates. Please search of Control Panel in the taskbar search bar and then follow the path listed below:
Control Center > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager.
From there locate your video card (under display adapters).
Right click and select update driver software.
Restart your PC.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

All video cards are upto date.

I have found a work around by disabling scaling for DPI and then reducing the resolution of my laptop screen to increase the size of the text in NT on the laptop screen.

This works for me but I highly doubt this solution is best for anyone else.
