TDA connection is not on the list

    TDA connection is not on the list

    I am using Windows 10, NinjaTrader 64-bit version 7.0.1000.31 (Live).

    In Tools, Account Connections, Add, the dropdown list does not show TD Ameritrade. I've tried the same thing in NinjaTrader 8, 32 and 64 bit versions.

    Why isn't TDA on the list? I have searched the forums and can't find any mention of this problem.

    Hello,
    The most common reason a provider does not appear when you create an account connection is your license key is not enabled for the data provider.
    Please send an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with the license key that you have entered in under Help> License Key.
    Please also attach your log and trace files for today.
    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20160525.txt"
    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20160525.txt
