Problems with attached images

    Problems with attached images

    There are two problems with posting and reading graphics attachments to posts in this forum.

    (1) Many of the images attached cannot be displayed on my standard windows PC. Please see below the way graphics are displayed. I have heard from a few other users that they have the same problem.

    (2) When I save png image files with NinjaTrader 8, I cannot attach them here. I first need to compress and convert them to jpg files.

    It do expect that if I save charts via NinjaTrader 8 that I can post them in this forum without first compressing and converting them.

    Thank you for your considering to remove these little annoyances.

    1) This is a known item and is being looked into by the IT team.
    2) See the attached png file from NinjaTrader 8. I am able to attach png files. What happens when you attempt to do this?

      I have just saved a chart via "Save Chart Image". The resulting PNG file has a size of 211 KByte. I have now tried to attach it here and it worked. In fact I had not noticed this option before.

      This morning I had used a different method, which I had learnt for the first beta releases. I had saved the file via "Share -> windwow -> save image as". The resulting png file cannot be attached to this post.
