Missing first hour of data during daylight savings

Hi,

My computer is set to UTC with daylight savings accounted for. I have Z contract data imported and am looking at 2015. Daylight savings ended on 25th October in 2015. The imported data shows exchange time so that every open and close is at 21:00 and 01:00 (after the exchange changed the hours of trading you may recall). Prior to the time change date, the chart shows the market opening at 02:00 and closing at 21:00, whereas after the time change the chart shows the market opening at 01:00 and closing at 21:00 as expected. Do I have a setting set incorrectly for Z?

Thank you for your post.

There are no settings specific to NinjaTrader that would change the time in this manner.
Does the raw data you imported show the same time difference?
Can you send us the same historical data that you imported? You can send this to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with 'ATTN: Patrick H - 1521612' in the subject line.

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for looking into this for me. I sent you the data file just now, while I haven't checked every date I have found that every date I've looked at has the correct market hours. I'm sure this is a simple user error.

Thank you for your response.

It is the data it's self. Before the 25th the data ends an hour earlier than after the 25th. The raw data you import is formatted already for the daylight savings.
