IB Pending Submit, Data not loading

Just installed NT7, IB as broker and IQFeed for data. Both show "Connected".

When I startup NT7 it loads my workspace and charts load fine. But data does not keep up to date (even though it says I am connected to IQfeed). Also, I cannot submit orders to IB, just stays in "Pending Submit" forever.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Pending Submit State using IB in NinjaTrader

I have the same problem with IB-connection that status remains 'Pending Submit' when entering an order through ChartTrader. As I don't see any response, I was wondering if there is a reason or -better- a solution for this?

Hello JohnnyBGood,Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Within the body of the email please add:
ATTN RyanM
