GC Contract Price Not Updating

Hello,

I know that many of the contracts roll over now, but I am using the GC 08-16 contract and the end date is set for 6/10/2016, which is today.

So the prices for the GC 08-16 contract stopped moving today, after the market close at 1:30 pm EST. The price is now stuck at 1275.7

And in the Instrument Manager, the Expiry date for the GC contract is 08-16 as of today.

Is the 6/10/2016 date correct for the 08-16 August contract?

How do I resolve this issue of the GC contract price not moving from 1275.7?

Prices are changing during the overnight session, but they are not reflected on my chart.

UPDATED:

I think the problem has something to do with the Session Template that I created.

Attached are two screenshots, after I tried to add Saturday to my Session Template.

The first screenshot says, "Error: Item 9 is crossing over with next item"

The second screenshot shows the Friday session that I just added, which is from Friday 1:31 am to Saturday 8:20 am.

Why am I getting that error message? My other session template items appear similar.

Yes, GC (gold) is currently trading on the GC 08-16.

First, be sure you are using the Nymex Metals / Energy ETH session template that is designed for the GC instrument.

Your custom session template has an issue in that there are overlaps.

Do you have any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these say?

If you restart NinjaTrader does the chart load?

Is the chart completely blank or are you just not receiving live data?

Thanks for your reply.

I found the problem. My custom session template had an end time of 1:30 pm for the GC contract, and now it is the overnight session.

So I needed to change Friday to end at 6:00 pm for GC so that I could trade the overnight on Friday.
