I believe you are looking for the alerts log. You can create a new alerts log from the NT8 Control Center -> New -> Alerts Log. For information on using alerts, I highly recommend the video at the top of this help guide page,

I am not looking for the alert log , the alert log shows the alerts that have been triggered.
I am looking for all the alerts that I set including those that were not triggered.

I have submitted a feature request to the product management team for the following feature :

This customer would like to have a single place to configure every chart, market analyzer, etc's alerts

I will follow up with more information as soon as it's available. If the feature requests already exists, a vote will be added to it.
