    Does Rithmic suffer the same Zenfire disconnection issues?

    I have 2 machines running NT7.31 LIVE here...

    ISP blew up, I called it in.. said would be good in "6 hours" technicians working on it...blah blah blah....and my cable modem connected within 10 minutes...

    So Nt_Contiumm on machine 2 is good.. TDA is NOT..

    on machine 1, Rithmic is a RED and TDA is GREEN....

    Go Figure.

    ON machine 2, I disconnected TDA and tried to reconnect - it won't.
    My internets is still good, I'm online

    Going to restart machine 2...

    I just don't get it... TDA should be copecitic if machine 1 is also... I can understand Rithmic/Contium not being copecitic...

    Hello sledge,

    Yes, can you please check if you can connect properly after a reboot of your machines. If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Does Rithmic suffer the same Zenfire disconnection issues?' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
