Charting software is a complex business and the variations in instruments, data, charting etc etc all have numerous claims on resources and the complexities can cause software to slow, experiencing hang or self destruct. Searching forums for solutions to problems a user is experiencing can be time consuming and cause repetitive requests on support staff for regular issues. I do not expect the NT8 will be much different in this regard than NT7.
Would it be helpful for both support staff and users for Ninjatrader to provide a single page access to a set of instructions for steps for regular user maintenance of the software and a listing of common problems with their associated fixes.
Just a thought.
