    No Index data in Market Analyzer

    Hello,

    I have added several indexes to the Market Analyzer but I am not getting any data for them. I do get data for ES and currency futures. Any ideas how to fix this, please?

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

      current tf contract

      Can't see any tf contract in market analyzer. Which contract is trading now?

        Hello ajntrade,
        The current contract month for the TF instrument will be 09-16.

          no data for that contract/market in a dom or market analyzer.

                  I am having my usual NT customer service experience. I sent this my trace files to you as instructed . . no response which is why I keep posting something here=I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TICKET NUMBER OR ANY CONTACT DIRECTLY FROM SUPPORT.
