    New Futures Chart loads but won't update

    I have a problem with adding charts to my NT7 platform. I have been trading the ES 09-16 and 6E 09-16 contracts for sometime and they constantly updates. But when I try to add either CL 09-16, GC, or SI contracts they load with data (i.e. bars display on screen which seem to be correct) but the charts will not update. I am using 1m bars, loading 5 days of history and using the Default 24/7 Session template. Is there something obvious I am doing wrong here? I have a live account through an NT Futures Broker.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums!

    To best assist you, please send your log and trace files.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Ensure that your e-mail address is added or shows correctly if already there.

    In the subject line please add: Atten: Paul and a link to this thread.

        Hello Trader_Paul,

        Thanks for your post.

        We have not received the files. Can you verify that they were sent or try sending again. One way to check is to look in the "Log" tab of the NinjaTrader Control Center for any messages regarding the e-mail.

        If you find any errors then please write in to me PlatformSupport[at]NinjaTrader[dot]Com with atten Paul and a link to this thread for further instructions. Note that the [at] and [dot] are to be replaced by the @ and . respectively.
