Ecbot data and charting for ZB and ZN

When I try tp pull up a chart(tick, volume, or min. ) I get and error message for these 2 instruments that says "Error on loading chart for 'ZN 09-08 ECbot' NinjaTrader data server does not support this instrument." no data available. I have no problem with a YM chart.
Using the TT data feed with ninja version 6.5.1000.4. Windows XP Pro

Unfortunately this is a limitation since TT requires the CBOT exchange and to request historical data it needs it to be on Globex. Unfortunately nothing can be done.

I'm not understanding. I can chart the YM and receive the data for ZB and ZN in my Market Analyzer window. Isn't YM ECbot also, and why am I able to get the data in the Market Analyzer window?

Make sure you are on the latest version of NT, then go to Tools > Options > Misc and press the "Reset Instruments" button. Then remove and add ZN 09-08 back again and retry.

Thank you, that did the trick. I thought I had done that previously, but either way it worked!
