    E-mail from tradestation does not work

    Dear NinjaTrader Support,

    I have setup Ninjatrader 6.5 (the latest) with MTBtrading for the data feed. I am running strategy in tradestation. I have the e-mail setup and the test works.
    When a signal is generated in tradestation there is no trade triggered in NinjaTrader.
    Please could you explain what could be the problem.

      Order handling option is set to:

      "Submit market order on TS fill"

      Is this correct?

      Please not that I can send a test message and it is received by NT. However, there is no trade e-mail sent to NT went the order appears in trade manager in TS

        If you repeat the test does it still get through?

        I would review the setup as that option should work.

          Hi,

          No, orders do not get thru after I repeat the steps.
          Is there a way to trace the e-mail that is sent (if any)?
          Any suggestions?

            Have you enabled the Automated Trading Interface via File-->AT Interface within the Control Center window?

              Please explain "via file" where do I set this?
              I do have the AT turned on (Menu: File / AT interface)

                That is correct then.

                I suspect that you do NOT have your workspace naming correct in TradeStation. I would review that section of the Help Guide.

                  The workspace is named: NinjaTrader

                    Yes, that is correct. Then something in your set up is not correct and you would have to review the set up instructions from the Help Guide yet once again. I realize you have done this likely several times but the answer lies there. Another thing you can check is your Log tab after a TS signal is generated. Do you see any type of entry/error message in the log tab?

                      Nothing shows up in the log.

                      Except when a test message is sent, that is in the log.

                      When the system runs and signals are generated nothing shows in the log.

                        I believe the workspace must be named NinjaTrader; with the semicolon.
