Having trouble creating a new euro dollar futures chart?

Do you see anything wrong in my data series window.

The two attachments are images of the bogus chart and the data series window.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Did you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

i'm connected to ninja continuum

there are no errors on the screen

an error on the Log tab of the Control Center says
''ZB 09-16 is not enabled for real time level 1 quotes''

the chart is for zb, which is the tbond september future

Hello joemiller,

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please reference both my name and a link to this thread in the body of the email.

CORRECTION!!!!

I said it was a zb chart. that is wrong.
the chart is eurodollar chart ... symbol = ed

a log entry which may be significant is
''CQG Adapter. SubscrbeMarket dataResolve: F.US.U16 could not be resolved.

i will send log and data files shortly.
