Issues with FXCM Demo Account

Im currently using FXCM demo account and have the following issues:

1. I have set up ATM strategy using 0.2M to replicate 2 lots. The strategy works on chart trader as expected. However if I try to manually close the trade via chart trader I get the following error
Unable to change order '4ee3e2ccfebf4b098cf05db1ef2c68c8' since new limit price is greater/equal ask price or smaller/equal

2. None of my FX trades show MAE, MFE, ETA stats in my Account Performance tab.

Are you using multiple connections and if so what is the other connection?

I also have a Ninjatrader Brokerage Demo futures Account. Both are connected concurrently.

Thanks for your reply.
To resolve both of these items you will need to connect to NinjaTrader FXCM first.
Note the the MAE/MFE/ETA values will only function for the primary connection.

Thanks. Do the MAE, MFE, ETA stats occur for both accounts when they are LIVE accounts. Or does the same problem occur?

Live accounts would be the same case. Only the primary connection can collect this data.
